Updated to Boaty McBoatface Island Adventure 0.1.1

Updated Boaty McBoatface Island Adventure to V0.1.1 owing to some feedback.

• Can no longer get stuck on the island with the water spray (ie. you can't jump your ship onto the land).
• Enemy ships now have their death animation at the correct orientation. They don't immediately flip around 'north'.
• A couple small tweaks to the camera so it's less useless.
• Added a graphic to the settings screen so you know it's Boaty McBoatface you're about to play.

The mac version it seems doesn't work, is it just an isolated case? Or are several people having problems? Would like to try and fix these.
